Hey there, I'm Nancy.

Let's get to know each other with a little game of two truths and a lie...

- I was President...
- I grew up on a farm in Iowa...
- I love riding my bike in the mountains...

I bet most of you guessed the farm as a lie since I’ve certainly adjusted to being a city girl, but it’s true! My roots are that of a farmer’s daughter, and with that comes my work ethic, my commitment to living an authentic life and my respect for this beautiful earth. And, once a flatlander, always a flatlander so while I absolutely love the mountains – the only riding you’ll see me doing OVER a mountain, is in a car! Bicycles are made for flat land travel only in my book!

When I was President of Mister Neat’s, I was a Vistage member. It’s not an overstatement to suggest that Vistage changed my life. The process of working through my issues - the extraordinary people that contributed to my thinking, my decisions and my success.

Through that experience, I realized the difference a tribe could make and knew that I would return to the work of Vistage. In 2014, I decided to dive into Executive coaching - and knew Vistage was my path. I started my first CEO group in 2014. Since then I have successfully built two additional groups - a Key Executive (middle management) and a Vistage Inside group.

I have lived in Northern Colorado since 1984. I have three amazing adult children – two of which are married to incredible women. I have two grandchildren that are the apple of my eye and live in Omaha. So when I’m not coaching, you’ll find me with them, or traveling to someplace wonderful with friends, cooking, reading, at a concert or curled up with a journal recording my adventures.

My dream is to experience a day where we don’t see people as male or female, black or white, straight or gay, Republican or Democrat…. we just see people.
